You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund or product exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, items must satisfy the following conditions:

Items must be in original condition with all original packaging, user manuals, and included accessories.
Apparel and footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and retain original product tags attached.
Electronic devices must be factory-reset and cleared of personal accounts.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Visit your My Orders section in your customer account or contact support with your Order Number.
Our team will issue a prepaid return shipping label and pickup schedule.
Once our fulfillment center inspects the returned package, your refund will be processed within 2 to 4 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged in transit or defective out of the box, contact our team within 48 hours for immediate expedited replacement at no extra charge.
